Shaved Brussels Sprouts, Red Cabbage, Micro-Arugula, Pickled Apples, Fresh Honey Crisp Apples, A Touch of Asiago Cheese, Marsala Pecan Vinaigrette, Pumpkin Crème Fraiche, Pumpkinseeds
Venison
Stuffed with Duck and Cranberries, Apple Cider-infused Wheatberry Risotto, Carrots, Kale, Sunchoke Puree
That Bottle of "The Beautiful Earth" by the extraordinarily talented McPrice Myers. It's a Rhone-style blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre from down in Santa Barbara County was perfect. I am reminded just how much I love doing what I do.
