From Jim Meehan: This drink is based on the Rosy Deacon recipe in Stan Jones’ Complete Bar Guide. One night, Jim served it to his good friend, J.C.Iglesias, who suggested that something was missing. The Green Fairy did the rest.
- 1.5 oz. Plymouth Gin
- 1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
- .75 oz. Plymouth Sloe Gin
- Shake with ice and strain into a chilled, St. George Absinthe rinsed coupe
- No garnish
