On May 22, 1992, the good people of great taste in this great Garden State walked through the doors of Stage Left for the first time.
You have supported us ever since, and it is our sincerest hope that we have made your lives better and contributed to this community.
Twenty years ago, New Brunswick was just emerging from difficult times and we like to think that we've played some small part in that emergence.
Once again New Brunswick is emerging from the economic pressures that have weighed upon all small cities these last two years.
It's an exciting time once again, thank Heaven.
- The New Brunswick Jazz Project has brought music back to our fair city;
- The George Street Playhouse is turning out brilliant shows;
- The Crossroads Theater has just received raves from the New York Times for A Raisin In The Sun (through May 1); and
- The State Theater continues to build an ever more ambitious roster of world-class performances.
We're going to celebrate the weekend in style, with a great winemaker dinner on Friday May 20th and a wine tasting and brunch on Sunday May 22nd.
Mark, Lou and I have come up with a fitting way to begin our 20th year. We hope you join us for a weekend of good food, great drink and companionship.
- Sunday May 22: The Anniversary Wine Tasting and Brunch will be $25
- Friday May 20: David O'Reilly Wine Dinner and Tasting will be $129
- Friday May 5: The Long Meadow Ranch Wine Dinner will be $149
